FAQ

Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

A: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will be shipped within 3-4 business days after fulfillment.

Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: When checking out, you will be given the option to pay by bank issued credit/debit card or PayPal. 

Credit Card
  • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
PayPal
  • You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your transaction.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

A: We have a NO RETURN policy on all items. Please check the sizing guide to make sure your order is the right fit. We do not offer refunds at this time.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: Exchanges (U.S. Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dutchbridy.customerservice@gmail.com If no longer in stock, you will receive store credit equal to the value of your defective item.

Q: WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY LIST AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?

A: Please email dutchbridy.customerservice@gmail.com immediately with “WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS” as the subject. In the body of your email, please include your "Name" and “Order Number”

Q: WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?

A: When your order has been cancelled you'll receive an email specifying the reason. Your transaction will be removed within 30 days after it first appeared.

Q: ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER, HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS?

A: When your order has been fulfilled you will receive a tracking number to follow your order as it is on its way. 

Q: I NEED TO ADJUST MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO SO?

A: If you would like to adjust your order, and place a new one for the correct quantities and/or items please contact us as soon as possible at dutchbridy.customerservice@gmail.com 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Due to complications with customs and duties, we currently DO NOT offer international shipping. 

Q: WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

A: Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. You will be responsible for paying both your own shipping costs and for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A SIZING CHART?

A: Sizing charts are located on each product on the product page under "Size Chart".

Q: MY ORDER IS INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

A: If you've received:

  • An incorrect size or item
  • An order with a missing item
  • A damaged item
  • The incorrect order altogether

Contact customer service at dutchbridy.customerservice@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and which item(s) are incorrect or damaged.

Q: HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER HISTORY? 

A: To view your order history, just log in! You’ll need your username and password to complete the login process.

Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS AND ADDRESS?

A: You can change your address, phone number, password, etc. To do this you would need to log in with your username and password. Once you have logged in you will be able to change your password, shipping address and billing address by clicking on " View Addresses" then clicking "Edit". You may also add a new address to your account.

Q: HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT? 

A: Click on the person icon in the upper right corner of the header. You will need a valid email address and to create a password to successfully create an account. 

Q: HOW DO I CONTACT A REPRESENTATIVE AT DUTCH BRIDY?
